K-8 students have formal computer class on a weekly basis as coordinated by the classroom teacher. The curriculum includes identification of computer hardware, keyboarding, word processing, database, spreadsheet, and multi-media experiences. Additionally, the learning of technology skills through activities, lessons, practices and discussion form a full scope and sequence technology curriculum.

Students use the computers as a tool, in the lab and in the classroom to practice skills, and produce projects and presentations. The school’s lab, and classrooms use Apple Macintosh computers. In addition, all grades have access to wireless Mactinosh notebooks for use in the classroom for curriculum based work.
